ULTIMATE FORMAT

Ultimate Gym classes are 1 hour interval training sessions including cardiovascular and resistance training, and biometric exercises. Each class consists of a warm-up including a basic foot work drills and hand combinations, several rounds of kickboxing combinations paired with another member. Kickboxing Conditioning teaches the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing, heavy bag training, floor conditioning, and partner drills. Ultimate Gym is the most popular fitness program in the nation for a reason: This session burns calories, is excellent for strength & conditioning, builds lean muscle, tones & conditions your body from head to toe, increases flexibility, and teaches self-defence skills! Ultimate Gym classes are orchestrated using the same principals and combination which our Senior Coach John Scida along with coaching staff, have developed for training our professional and amateur fighters. Our workouts help to burn up to an average of 500-700 calories per hour. These classes will improve every aspect of fitness and athletic ability no matter what your experience level. Ultimate Gym has a grading system in place to grade the level of those students who don't compete in competition fighting but want to keep their high level of training. At Ultimate Gym light to moderate contact is applied to insure effectiveness and integrity of the drills. This is the introductory part of fighting in competition, where students develop confidence and self-defence abilities.
